Fabulous Fall Line Up

First let's kick it off with our biggest Fall announcement

Aaron's Books First Annual Kid-Lit Festival
Nov. 13-15
A festival of book events for kids, aspiring YA authors, and adults that don't want to grow up!
Our preliminary list of activities includes:

Friday 6-9pm: An evening with local authors from Lancaster and surrounding counties. Pre-K through teen readers can visit with authors to discuss the art of writing and the joy of reading.

Saturday 10am-12pm: Story time. Picture book authors and illustrators share their work with our youngest book lovers.

Saturday 1-3pm: Book signing. All weekend participants are available at Aaron’s Books to sign their work.

Saturday 4-6pm: Panel discussion. Several authors participate in a roundtable on writing for their own market, from children’s to YA.

Saturday 7-10pm: Pizza party. A chance for teens and authors to mix and laugh. (Ticketed event, dinner provided)

Sunday 9-11am: Brunch with Books. An open signing time for participants to meet and greet with children, and read aloud a section from their most recent works; buffet brunch served for everyone. (may be a ticketed event)

Sunday 12-5pm: Writing workshops. Authors lead small group writing workshops; one workshop for adults, and one for young aspiring writers, happening at the same time (Ticketed event; lunch provided)
